Keith Castillo is an Air Force veteran, public servant, and campaign strategist rooted in Congressional District 33. He has led grassroots efforts, trained volunteers, and built trusted relationships across the community, translating coalition building and persuasive outreach into measurable results. Keith also founded and managed Castle Borrdello, a multi-service salon and creative space, strengthening his leadership, operations, and client service skills. A Kent State University honors graduate in English, he contributed to campus publications. Keith brings military discipline, entrepreneurial drive, and a commitment to elevating local voices and delivering practical change for every resident through service, integrity, and leadership.

The roads in Akron are in extreme disrepair. Every rainstorm, multiple streets flood, not from the drains overflowing, but because the water doesn't flow to the drains, potentially causing Zika and Nile virus outbreaks. Millions of dollars have been spent by the Federal and State governments for Akron to repair these roads; they should be pristine and dry, not have standing water.
